Allows employees (with the employer's consent) to switch between schedules on the menu of work schedule options on a weekly basis.
Specifies that a regular schedule of five eight-hour days may be included in the menu of work schedule options.
Note: The basic rules for alternative work schedules remain the same. Existing law allows employers to propose an alternative schedule that was either a single standard schedule or a menu of schedule options. This bill adds flexibility if a menu of options is proposed.
