Hailey will initially assist with the implementation of HRtoGO’s new payroll system before transitioning into processing payroll and working directly with clients. She’s excited to learn HRtoGO’s processes and help ensure clients and employees receive accurate, timely payroll support.

Background
Nearly 4 years in payroll, including full-cycle payroll management for 450+ employees across multiple states at a property management company, plus experience providing payroll and bookkeeping services for small local businesses. Prior work with children with behavioral needs in clinical, home, and school settings built a strong foundation in communication, patience, and problem-solving.

Hailey grew up in a small town in Iowa as the oldest of 6 siblings, who’ve become some of her best friends over the years.
