Her career has spanned roles from HR Assistant to Global HR Manager, with experience across banking, healthcare, hospitality, staffing services, construction, and automation engineering. She’s especially known for her attention to detail and ability to work through complex issues with care and precision.

Born and raised in Southern California, Maricela is a mom of three adult children who enjoys nature walks, good food, and collecting crystals (especially jade).
