With over 12 years in human resources (including leadership roles in food manufacturing, casinos, transportation, and auto parts), he brings a versatile skill set to the HRtoGO team. Chad is especially skilled at navigating compliance-heavy environments and building trust quickly with both clients and employees.

In addition to full-scope HR, Chad also brings hands-on safety experience. As a former Safety & Training Manager, he’s well-versed in CalOSHA regulations and has led training programs that improved workplace safety and morale.
