Julia began her career in retail management before transitioning into HR, where she discovered a passion for process improvement and developing effective workplace practices. She has since worked across a wide range of industries (including healthcare, grocery retail, non-profits, cannabis, banking and finance, and startups) bringing a well-rounded and adaptable approach to every client engagement.

Julia lives in Roseville with her boyfriend, two dogs, and a cat. She enjoys hiking, coastal trips, cooking, and creative writing, and once did voiceover work for radio commercials.
