Mandy has extensive experience advising organizations on employee relations, workplace investigations, and California employment law. Throughout her career, she has helped companies navigate complex HR issues while building strong, compliant workplace cultures.

Outside of work, Mandy enjoys spending time with family and friends, taking road trips, gardening, reading, and volunteering at a horse rescue whenever she can.
