Mauricio brings more than 13 years of experience in administration, human resources, and employee relations to the HRtoGO team, with a background spanning retail, e-commerce, and EMS. In his role as HR Coordinator, he provides day-to-day HR support to clients, helping them navigate challenges and unlock new opportunities for growth.

Mauricio is known for his ability to handle sensitive information with care, and he’s passionate about helping others thrive. He was drawn to the HR field because he enjoys being of service and supporting people at every stage of their professional journey.

Outside of work, Mauricio stays active and makes wellness a priority. A lifelong fan of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, he once climbed all the way inside the crown of the Statue of Liberty, a fun fact that still surprises people.
