She holds a Master’s in Organizational Leadership, a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources, a Bachelor’s in Psychology, PHR certification, and is a certified True Colors International facilitator.

Melanie once worked for an international wine export business in graduate school, a job that took her to Vienna to host a wine tasting at the Ambassador’s residence.
